1. Digital Service Policy

Arab TV subscriptions are digital products. No physical product is shipped.

Once a subscription has been successfully activated and used on a device, it cannot be returned or refunded.

2. No Refund After Activation

All activated IPTV subscriptions are non-refundable and non-returnable.

After your subscription credentials, activation code, or other access details have been delivered and the subscription has been activated or used, we cannot provide a refund based on a change of mind, incorrect device selection, or personal preference.
